Inspired by Bruce Brown’s film, “The Endless Summer”, my collection aims to capture the essence of surf culture: casual, laid-back, effortlessly sexy and all the while embracing and protecting our oceans and beaches. If we all took a moment to appreciate the mindset of surfers, I believe we would be more conscious of what is around us and of what is important in life: creating memories, cherishing one another, and building/protecting the future for the next generation(s). With my designs, I want to embrace the surf lifestyle with an 80’s vibe (think Miami Vice or Hawaii Five-O). Neon colors, high waisted shorts/pants, and clean, cut lines will be common throughout my looks.
